School app — room reservations, activity days and assessments for your school.

What the app does

• room and equipment reservations — teachers reserve tablets, computer rooms and special rooms; the app keeps track of occupancy and limits,
• activity days — dates by class, rooms, prices, schedule,
• assessments — announced dates with limits (per week, per day, consecutive days), retakes and export for management,
• separate accounts — teacher, management and school administrator each see their own,
• nightly backup of the school data and a log of all changes.

Why we need it

Instead of Excel tables, paper sheets and back-and-forth emails, everything is in one place and in real time. A teacher sees when a room is free; management sees when assessments and activities are; the school administrator can check what is happening and export the data.

How it works

1. Create the school account (below) — it takes a minute.
2. Set up the admin email, MOST IMPORTANT: set the email address the app will send from - set the SMTP username, SMTP password and Sender address (From)! If you will not use an Arnes address, also set SMTP server and SMTP port accordingly.
3. Set up the subscription: the price is 220 € / leto.
4. Once the subscription is confirmed, your teachers and management can log in too. Until then only the school administrator can log in (to set up the subscription).

Everything else is set up right after (the admin stays logged in, nobody knows the password, so it is URGENT to set the email sending details and the admin email address.
